许多人认为“OOPS开放式课程计划”就是“麻省理工学院开放式课程（MIT OCW）中文版”，实际上现在OOPS已经不再局限于MIT的开放式课程，还包括了其他8所大学的开放式课程，和5个非课程类的特殊项目。
