新年礼物The Search
一本好书是一个好礼物。有个朋友在写新年贺岁的电子邮件时还附上了 go to do 的电子版分享给朋友。恰好,2005年的最后一周收到了美国朋友寄来的The Search,作者在他的blog也写到了很多人将他的这本书作为礼物赠送给朋友:)作者约翰•巴特尔(John Battelle)是《连线》(Wired)杂志的共同创始人,同时还是现已解散的《行业标准》(Industry Standard)杂志的发起人。他的blog在这里,可以看到作者在这本书出版以后的最新思想。
早些时候就在《商业周刊》(中文版)上看到这本书的书评。
刚才在豆瓣看到住在旧金山湾区的JJ在写了一个书评。
小容把这本书和Linked对照在一起,Linked是讨论SNS的,而The Search是讨论Search的,那么,接下来2006年值得期待的一本书应该是The Long Tail
